FONALITY Connect Installation and Training Appointment Request

Congratulations on your purchase of your Fonality Connect system. Please complete this form and return it (as an attachment) by replying to your installation appointment invitation email.

The installation and training appointment will take approximately one hour; and must be scheduled between 8AM – 5pm Monday through Friday, Australian Eastern Time.

To ensure appointment availability please request a date/time at least 2 business days in advance.

Please note that unless you receive a confirmation from us, any requested date/time does not constitute a confirmed appointment.

***During this appointment, you will have the opportunity to have us train your switchboard operator/receptionist and sales/call center manager on key features applicable to their work environment. We strongly urge you to have them attend this session. ***

Have you confirmed your router is SIP compliant?		NOTE: Your system MUST* HAVE A SIP COMPLIANT ROUTER to be able connect multiple phones! If you are not sure check with your routers support group and tell them you need to “connect multiple SIP phones to a remote IP PBX”.
